Sreenivas Joseph is an experienced technology professional with a background in software engineering and enterprise systems, and holds an MTech (Computer Science). He brings practical experience in building and supporting scalable systems, with a focus on reliability, execution, and operational efficiency.
His interests include system design, applied technology, and engineering-driven problem solving, with an emphasis on delivering solutions that are robust and effective in real-world settings.
Prof. Arun George holds an MBA in Operations Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Rajagiri Centre for Business Studies (RCBS), Kochi, Rajagiri College of Social Sciences.
Following his MBA, he had a stint with a manufacturing firm as part of the top management team handling manufacturing operations and strategy, and has also worked in service operations in the IT sector for three years.
His areas of expertise include Operations Management, Lean Operations, Supply Chain Management, and E-Commerce. He has been a visiting faculty at European partner universities as part of Rajagiri’s international academic exchange network, which spans institutions across Europe, the US, and Asia.

Dr. Rofin T M holds a PhD from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. His doctoral thesis is titled “Game-Theoretic Studies in Dual-Channel Supply Chain Configurations”. He completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Government Engineering College, Kozhikode.
He is currently an Assistant Professor in Operations and Supply Chain Management at IIM Mumbai (formerly NITIE Mumbai), ranked 6th in the Management Category by NIRF 2025.
His research spans Game Theory, Supply Chain Management, Pricing, Operations Research, and E-Commerce Supply Chains, with key publications in journals such as Electronic Commerce Research, Management Decision, and Mathematics.
He has won the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Operations and Supply Chain Management (ICOSCM 2021) and multiple Best Presentation Awards at the Research Scholars Day, IIT Kharagpur (2016, 2017, 2018).

Prof. Abraham Joseph is a finance expert with over 21 years of experience across diverse industries and roles. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA), holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from IIM Kozhikode (EPGP), a DipIFR from ACCA, and the CFA Investment Foundations Certificate.
He has professional and teaching experience in the UAE and India, having served as Finance Coordinator at the Higher College of Technology, Fujairah, and as Manager (Finance and Accounts) at Bominflot Fujairah LLC.
Notably, he co-taught the Risk and Performance Measurement course at the University of Padua, Italy, under the European Union’s Erasmus+ programme. His teaching areas include Corporate Finance, Banking, Financial Modelling, Project Finance, and Financial Accounting.

Prior to his academic career, he spent over 15 years with FedEx, working on enterprise architecture for large-scale e-commerce and pricing systems. He has also served as Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode.
His research has been published in leading journals, and he has received recognition for his contributions to the field. He teaches across areas such as business intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, and technology strategy, with a focus on practical, hands-on learning.
